The first step in really understanding what you need to do to develop your business to the next level is understand where you are currently.

You probably have a good picture of this which has developed as your business has grown, but having a fresh set of eyes really focusing on interrogating the customer potential, the market in which you operate and your competitor set will guarantee you new insights which will inform not only the business opportunity but the best strategies.
